• Full payment plus a refundable damage deposit is required to hold your reservation
• Discounts applied rentals 3 days or more
• Rental is from 9am - 6 pm
• Delivery and pick up is available for an additional fee
• Renters must be 21 years or older with a valid driver’s license & major credit card
• A 30-day written cancellation notice is required with a $150 cancellation fee
• No refunds on cancellations within 30-days. High winds or rain outs will be taken into consideration at the discretion of MN Tru North and an alternate date may be reserved according to availability.
• Sorry, no pets out of respect for other guests who may have allergies
• Please return rentals on time. A fee will apply to units not returned on time.
